Story:
In this world, unseen emotions don’t just get forgotten — they vanish.
Unprocessed memories, suppressed feelings, repressed trauma — when they’re not acknowledged, they cease to exist. People become hollow. Null. Void. Undefined. NaN.
Vera Euphrosyne is a psychic who can enter the minds of others, slipping into surreal, distorted mindscapes built from memory, and fractured identity. Within these spaces, negative emotions have gained sentience, becoming color-coded manifestations of the person’s inner turmoil.
Each level represents a different person's mind-scape — warped by trauma, mental illness, suppressed emotion, and all sorts of psychosis. Vera’s goal is to remove toxic emotional manifestations, helping these people reconnect with the parts of themselves they've lost, or buried.
The twist? The deeper Vera goes into these minds, the blurrier the line between her own issues and those of her subjects becomes.
Gameplay:
Battle waves of different emotional enemies (represented by varying colors), and rack up the highest score. Only the enemies corresponding to the level's color will attack you with their unique abilities, but be careful! You have to remember the locations of previous enemies if you don't want to get cornered with no escape.

I love the idea that based on emotions and each zone has a different weapon to play also. The art is super cool too!

cool idea. I like how when the zone changes it makes you play differently.
- I think the purple zone has some clipping issues I'm getting like black bars or something?
- blue zone I was random taking damage not sure.
- Enemy AI is sort of dumb though. They walk into walls and stuff might need A* pathing? idk what its called.

hey! i worked on the enemy a bunch and the reason for their stupidity is because of my stupidity xd i had never worked on AI and ran out of time, but i will definitely be trying to refactor their behaviours! i think for the game in general, we would probably look at flushing out the story more :D thanks for the comment, nuckname!!
